it’s such a perfect eyeroll. like it’s not sloppy or anything. his eyes make a perfect half rotation followed by a quick look of ‘whatever’ in one smooth motion.
Nine-year-old Jamyla Bolden was shot and killed Tuesday night while doing her homework on her bed in Ferguson, Missouri. A Fox News article Thursday claimed that St. Louis-area demonstrators expressed “no outrage” over her murder. The only issue? That’s not true. The conservative media’s favorite black violence trope goes down again.
Right Wing Authoritarians love Donald Trump. There is nothing wrong with these people as individuals. All of their problems can be attributed to some “other” entity, whether it is immigrants, Obama, people of color, or even the people whose income is so low they receive food stamps and Medicaid.

The main thing that this book, and his follow-up on the Tea Party, revealed to me is that these people really do think differently than the rest of us. They willingly submit to a “strong man” leader and support him and his ideology with aggressive behavior. The live in fear, and their insecurity drives them to identify with people that they see as successful.
Donald Trump is the perfect leader for Right Wing Authoritarians. Dr. Altemeyer says that these individuals are the biggest threat to America today. I agree.
