Because he was trying to make an Age of Ultron. He wasn’t trying to make a few days of it. Just cause he loses doesn’t mean that wouldn’t be his aim or proclamation.

You name things after the villain’s grand scheme, not his failure.

No, but could you imagine? “Weekend at Ultron’s”, with Tony dragging around a deactivated Ultron body, trying to convince the other Avengers that he’s still alive for some reason. Thor going along with it because he just thinks its a weird Earth custom, to humiliate your foes by parading their corpse around(which, to be fair, in some places it is).
