We need to protect the worker against exploitative corporate greed.

Corporations enjoy many incentives, loopholes, tax breaks, and limited liability, not to mention public companies trade at multiples of their sales and compensate their CEOs & Shareholding executives with stock options and carried interest [see Mitt Romney].

The least they could do is pay their workers a living wage.
